I have been noticing that with my "Smart" house, at any given time there could be 15+ devices connected to my Network, that the signal strength is not that good when the device is a little farther away from the router. Most of those are connected to the 2.4G network, but I do have at least 4 devices connected to the 5G.
I have noticed that Shaw is "advertising" Blue Curve pods. Those, I am assuming are from Plume and maybe the answer? I have spoken to the Plume support group about what they can accomplish. Not certain $10 a month to Shaw for them are worth it.
You can try setting up your own grid using ubiquiti products or the like. A whole-home, permanent setup is a couple hundred if you do it yourself. Enterprise style network management from home.
