some emails from pc optimum are not coming through, they do on other servers (gmail and hotmail) why?

I need an email from pc optimum to reset my forgotten password, but it never arrives. I have tried adding the email address to my trusted email list but I still get nothing. If I direct it to gmail it arrives within minutes, but that is a problem because shaw is the email that I had signed on with. What can be wrong and what is the remedy?

I'd suggest checking your spam filters to ensure that they aren't set to immediately delete anything suspected as spam. It's possible it's being flagged in error, so if you change your settings to have suspected spam marked but still left in your inbox you should hopefully see it come through.
