HI,
Our company is in the process of launching digital gift card purchases on our website through Givex. They're a major North American provider. When running test transactions, any cards gifted to people with Shaw email addresses are being rejected. We're getting a message on our end that says 'sender rejected message'
Does shaw have and SPF entry that we can enter on our DNS server so that shaw will see these as safe?
Any help is appreciated.

@cindyorsten -- after correcting the typo, do the "test" messages get delivered?
@cindyorsten I'd be happy to look into that. Please DM me the info below.
@cindyorsten -- 552 5.2.0 <contact@eateoeb.com> sender rejected
Hmm.
$ nslookup -ty=any eateoeb.com 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8
*** dns.google can't find eateoeb.com: Non-existent domain
and:

The above information is for a domain with one less "e" in the domain-name!

The following domain names are available: eateoeb.com
>>> We are not getting any error when sending from root@givex.com
So, is Shaw "rejecting" E-mail messages that originate from a non-registered domain?
To badly misquote Shakespeare: 2 "E" or not 3 "E", that is my question. 🙂
Apologies for the typo.
Domain is eatoeb.com
Email is contact@eatoeb.com
