Shaw seems so annoyed by their impending takeover by Rogers that their support has descended to new levels of incompetence and total disregard for customer satisfaction. Their recent attitude seems to be "go away and don't bother us".
The CRTC should have seen this coming. Not enough quality competition, particularly in Western Canada.
Please do not suggest that Telus rates as a quality competitor.
