I have just got a Shaw cable. The internet works well, but when I register a new shaw id with my account number and my postal code. It said:
"Sorry, you are unable to register a Shaw ID for this account until your Shaw services have been connected."
Do you know how to get the services connected? The technician said that I should be able to register the shaw id.
