So I have been trying to renew a value plan as mine just ended and when I try to checkout it says my cart's empty.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?

for the telephone-number for Shaw's "loyalty" department.
Did you choose to not pickup telephone-calls from that 888-number? It could have been Shaw trying to sign you up for a new Value Plan.
