What Is Reimage Repair?

Not applicable

I have Shaw McAfee Internet Security installed on my computer and have for years and it scans frequently and is showing my computer is secure.  Over the past few weeks I've had a popup from Reimage Repair wanting to check for viruses, malware, etc. and asking for money for me to download their site!  Does anyone know about Reimage Repair?  I've never heard of them and have asked my friends about them and they haven't heard of them either.  I can't understand about their popups seeing that I have Shaw McAfee Internet Security?  Any help would be so appreciated.

Popups for fake anti-virus.

Ignore..

The popups are advertisements, which don't contain any malware, so McAfee likely leaves alone.

Within Windows "Control Panel" (or "Settings"), select to view "Installed Programs", looking for the "Reimage Repair" software. if you (accidentally) installed it, it could be causing the pop-up messages. If you find it, "uninstall" it, and restart your computer.
