Where is the wifi kit?

I signed for the self connect kit last week. Received a mail saying equipment had been shipped. 6 days later and nothing. Me and my gf work from home and this is affecting us.

@Papifantastic -- welcome to this discussion forum, where volunteers try to help. The forum is not a direct path to Shaw Support.

Please contact Shaw: 1-888-472-2222 for assistance.  Remember that Canada Post employees did not work yesterday (Monday, August 1, BC Day), which could have delayed the delivery of the self-connect kit.
