I just received an email asking if I wanted to renew my Internet service for 2 years since my initial promos are expiring. Why am I asked whether to self install and where to send a kit if I accept an online offer just to renew my Internet 75 for 2 years? My internet is already installed?

We apologize for the confusion on this. The online order process defaults to assuming that it's a new account requiring hardware. Once the order is placed, it is reviewed by our online order team and if no hardware upgrades are required, they will process the order and send a confirmation once it's complete.
