My first bill was$100 more than it should have been but I paid it second bill same thing I want answers now
maybe your value plan expired and charged two months on everything like you rentals or first start of service, they charge two months of service. l
@Bythenumbers -- logon to the My Shaw Portal, and click "My Bills", and scroll-down to "Transactions".
Set the start-date for the list of transactions to be up to 23 months ago, and "submit" to see many transactions, including any month-to-month changes. Note that credit for "promotional discounts", such as a "loyalty" credit, may not be shown.
