Zimbra Desktop gives "can't get JNI_CreateJavaVM" on startup

I have just installed the latest Java update and reinstalled Zimbra desktop.  I am currently running windows 10 ver 1909

@threeoh The Zimbra Desktop software is not supported by us. I'd recommend touching base directly with Zimbra to see why it isn't working.
