Secure Forms provide an added layer of security to prevent fraud and reduce the potential for mishandling of sensitive credit card information. Shaw Mobile will send a secure link to customers via email, instructing customers to complete and submit a secure form.

Secure Forms

A secure link will be sent to customers via email to access a secure form. Secure forms are used to provide consent to perform a secure credit check or save the customer’s credit card information for future payments. Secure forms are not kept as part of the customer’s conversation history.  

 Required information to complete a secure form: 

  • Name on credit card 
  • Credit card number 
  • Expiry Month & year 
  • CVV (three-digit number available on the back side of the credit card)   

How to Complete Secure Forms

  1. Access the email sent from noreply@shawmobile.ca and select the "Get Started" secure link

  2. Complete the secure form and select submit

  3. After selecting submit, you will receive a confirmation page indicating the information has been submitted successfully.
