Group Messaging is the ability to send text, picture and video messages between multiple recipients of a group conversation using multimedia messaging (MMS).

In order to have a successful group conversation, it requires all recipients of the message to be with a carrier and device that supports Group Messaging.

RCS for Android and iMessage for Apple devices can also offer alternative, enhanced group messaging experiences.

See our page on Troubleshooting your Shaw Mobile Internet Connection for steps on how to automatically (or manually) update your network settings.
