My family and I have been receiving different scam calls from Canada and US every day since we have switched to Shaw mobile at the beginning of the year. We are feeling very annoyed and not sure what to do other than switching service provider.

@Coco_y -- we have switched to Shaw mobile at the beginning of the year.
Did you keep your existing telephone-number, by allowing Shaw to "port" it, or do you have a new telephone-number?

If you have a "new" telephone-number, add it to Canada's Do Not Call list. Doing so will not stop the "lawless" spammers, but "responsible" callers must avoid calling you. Or, ask Shaw to change your telephone-number, to "dodge" the caller(s).
Shaw needs to add "spam call blocking" as a feature for mobile services. Any time someone calls you they have to press a number 0-9 that is voiced over the phone as a measure of spam protection. Won't be long until this method becomes ineffective as the AI for scams and spam calls become even more sophisticated. They have spam call blocking for home phone but not mobile, makes no sense... Also be sure to add your number to the national do not call list provided by Service Canada
