Does anyone know how to get a hold of Roger’s to switch from Shaw. I keep getting messages I will be cut off and deleted. But their does not work and when I phone there is no answer and on hold wait for an agent for over an hour. I go the the Roger’s store and they say they can not do anything. I need to wait for the package. But yet there is no package!
help. My phone will be cut off according to the messages soon! Grrrr!!!!

@Hoedog -- are you trying to switch your Shaw Mobile account to Rogers, or are you trying to switch your Shaw Home Phone service?
The Shaw Home Phone service probably is part of your bundled package with Shaw: TV & Internet & Home Phone. I doubt that you can switch only the Shaw Home Phone service to Rogers, while keeping your TV & Internet services with Shaw.
I had no problems going into a Rogers store-front, in a local mall, with one Shaw Mobile invoice (to show my account number) and two pieces of ID (one with a picture), to switch my Shaw Mobile phone service to Rogers Mobility.

You can call 1-844-551-1957. then choose option #1.
When the rep comes online which should be very quickly just let them know that you want to migrate from Shaw to Rogers and that you've received messages that your line is going to disconnected.
They can then get the process started with a few questions and some information from you, depending on how many lines you are moving it can take a little while or not long at all.
This is just for the mobile side at present.
