Shaw Services Down in Saanich

Is anyone else having issues with internet, TV and phone services?  Our entire service package is down.  This is in the Saanich area of Camosun college on Richmond.  Contacted Shaw and they are now saying they have an outage.  😳😳

From the Shaw Outages page for Vancouver Island, I see listings for outages on September 10 for Port Alberni, and Campbell River (and small towns further north, and across the water to Sointula).  Of course, Shaw aggressively removes "stale" reports, after an outage is resolved.

Date: Sept 16, 2021

Start: 00:00 PT

End: 06:00 PT

Summary: Some customers may experience an interruption of the affected Shaw services between midnight and 6:00 am PT.

This interruption is expected to last approximately six (6) hours.

Services will be restored automatically when the maintenance is complete.

 

Otherwise, the web-site lists no other outages in North/Central/West/East Saanich.

@Smitch-5G -- what Shaw hardware do you have for your Home Phone service?

If you have a separate box, unplug its electrical power, and briefly remove its battery. Reinsert the battery, and reconnect the electrical power, and let it fully restart.  Then, what lamps are steadily on, and what lamps are blinking?  Colour of those lamps?

If your land-line telephone is connected to the cable-modem/router, power-off that box, power-on that box, and let it fully restart. Better?
