I am currently a Freedom Mobile customer with two lines on grandfathered plans. If I were to take advantage of Shaw's initial offering would those plans be grandfathered or would I expect annual increases the way I do now with my TV and Internet?
Hi @nanuuk I would recommend that you contact Shaw Directly about this type of question, this is a peer to peer help forum not a direct channel to Shaw Support. That's a good question by the way, never thought of that. You can contact Shaw thru the chat service (preferred) or by phone. Let us know what they say.
@nanuuk -- I wonder if any Shaw employee would tell you "company confidential" information about future plans for changing the charges for either Shaw Mobile or for (Shaw-owned) Freedom Mobile offerings. You'll probably have to wait until Shaw gives 30 (60? 90? 120?) days notice to all their customers about any changes.
