Pressing 1 should take you back to the previous message, or to the menu if there aren't any messages to go back to. If you press 11 it should allow you to fast forward, and 33 to rewind. You can find more information about the Voicemail Key Codes on https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1344
Yeah, that doesn't work. Thankfully, we don't receive many calls. In fact, I would disconnect the phone service, but my wife wants to keep it.
When we call Shaw, they insist on coming over. When they do, they can't find a solution. At best, they replace the equipment, but since the issue is [somewhat] random, the issue returns.
BTW, 33 is not intuitive to rewind messages. Why Shaw chooses to be different than other IVR systems. That's part of my rant/issue.
