Why am I getting "unavailible ID" calls from scammers this morning and why are my privacy controls "Service unavailable"?

Now the privacy controls are back!

Thats convenient how "someone" can just disable the shaw phone privacy system so they can spam Shaw customers.

I hope Shaw looks into this.

This situation makes me feel that Shaw is not secure and gives too many people access to customers' privacy and the Shaws system

Not likely.  Instead, see Scheduled Outages on Shaw's web-site, to see if there was some event in your region.

@bingo-bango that is certainly odd. There was a service interruption on Wednesday that may have affected that feature. It should be back up and running now. The privacy tab is working for my account and all settings are available. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
