Shaw still billing me for phone i cancelled in May... cant return equipment as locations are closed

Today I tried to access my email from my cell, and couldn't login..
Tried again from my PC... same problem "Invalid email or pswd" error...
Logged into myshaw, and low-n-behold, it says I have "0 of 10" email addresses.
Of course there is no support available either by phone or chat.
BUT THAT'S NOT MY PHONE PROBLEM...just the latest issue w Shaw for me...

I cancelled my phone in May, but they still billed me for June, and the latest bill shows they still have the phone service listed in billing...
I'm disabled and don't have a printer, but they won't mail me a shipping label to return the phone eMTA/DPT, only send me one by email, which I cant print out... but oh, they just deleted my email account so even if I did have a printer I still couldn't print it off...
Shaw really sucks!

Fake news.  Both telephone support and online-chat are available.

Do you have a friend with an E-mail ID and a printer, who will read one E-mail message, and print one page? Give their E-mail to Shaw.

That may make it difficult to physically visit one of Shaw's retail store-fronts. But, more important, that store may not be accepting the return of any hardware -- due to COVID-19 concerns. So, please be sure that the store will accept hardware, before you visit the store.
