Cant connect IPhone 8 IOS 11 to Shaw Hotspot

At point of writing this, I am completely frustrated...
I cannot connect my Iphone 8 plus to Shaw Mobile Hotspot to take advantage of what I pay for Shaw home internet 150 5G....

This is SOOOOOO frustrating...
Re registered my Iphone several times entering the MAC address...

I have a mobile hotspot I can access right from my home, but no amount of entering the code I have just received for waiting on the phone for over half an hour twice either with alphabet in Caps or in small font allows me access...
It keeps saying INCORRECT PASSWORD FOR SHAWMOBILEHOTSPOT...

I used to use a Samsung S7, no problem, just entered my password and boom, I was in, connected no matter where I went to the Shaw hotspots I used when my data ran out with Bell.

But I cannot connect my Iphone 8 Plus no matter what the hell I do. Re register, remove, re register while on my laptop at home... and was told I have to go to a Mobile Hotspot to enter my Password code, but it is always UNABLE to connect or INCORRECT PASSWORD, and I have spent minutes and now hours repeating this vain process...

What is the problem Shaw? I have seen so many threads, and instructions for Iphone 6 are different from Iphone 8, and I had to upgrade to IOS 11 for my Series 3 smartwatch to connect to my IPhone 8...

Long calls to Shaw on the phone dont help, I remove, re register and get a new code, always rejected by Hotspots...
I havent even got a clue what Passpoint is, and why so many names... Shaw Open as well? I get to a place, scan the list and try to connect to a Shaw Mobile Hotspot or Shaw Open and go through the profile form again and again, and when I enter the passcode, it wont accept it, I tried four times, even my old code last night, and I drive transit bus and was seven minutes late, soooooo frustrating...

I assume my username is still my email address, correct? It gets me access to My Shaw and I had to fill out another form and codes to access Shaw Community, and this is completely frustrating.

I am sure you are aware of the issue with Iphones and IOS 11 by now...
I have read other threads, so please dont tell me to re register or give me a new code, I have been there done that several times.

TOTALLY FRUSTRATED HERE.
Wasting my life trying to do something so simple.
