I'm actually quite concerned right now. (security wise)

I have devices showing my my wifi that are unknown.

Pausing the devices does not work (they are still connected)

I cannot 'forget' the device, as it says I have to disconnect it first.

There is no option to boot/kick a user

I also have devices connected, but are not shown in the connection list?

Huh?!

After an hour with tech support I'm not further ahead.

How is this not a security/safety issue?
