As of March 1, 2022, select previously offered versions of Legacy Crave and Legacy Crave+STARZ packaging will receive a rate increase of $2.00. If you are impacted by this change, you will receive bill notifications starting January 1, 2022.

Update March 1, 2022: Due to a data error, some customers were not notified in advance of the Crave subscription rate adjustment detailed on this page, which took effect between January and March 2022 (depending on your billing date).

  • If you weren’t notified, we will be crediting your account to reverse all increased subscription amounts charged until your next billing period. No action is required on your part.
    • If you are billed two (2) months in advance, you will receive a credit for the rate adjustment until June 1, 2022.
    • If you are billed one (1) month in advance, you will receive a credit for the rate adjustment until May 1, 2022.
  • Your regular Crave subscription billing will resume after this, with the $2.00/mo rate adjustment in effect.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions, please contact us.

How do I know if I am impacted by this Crave rate adjustment?
If you are impacted, you will see notifications starting on your monthly bill in January 2022. Additionally, you will receive notifications on your February and March 2022 bills.

Why is there no change to the current offering Crave package?
The current Crave package available is different than the impacted products with this adjustment as it does not include STARZ content. Customers can choose to add STARZ onto the Crave package at an additional cost. See Premium TV Channels for more information.

Can I change to the currently offered Crave package?
You can change to our current Crave offering; however, this does not include STARZ content. If you are interested in STARZ content, then you would need to add the STARZ package at an additional cost.

  • Note: If you change from your current package of Crave that includes STARZ, we are unable to change back to the previous packaging as they are no longer offered together with current in-market packages.
