Starting July 4, 2023, we’re making upgrades to our network in these areas:
- Merritt, BC
- Creighton, SK
- Flin Flon, MB
- Thompson, MB
- Wawa, ON
This includes an update to TV channel feeds to better reflect your local time-zone and, for some customers, the retirement of some older cable TV boxes that will not be compatible with our upgraded network.
The following channel feeds swaps will take place July 4th, 2023. You may need to re-set up any PVR recordings.

If you received an “Urgent Action Required” message on your invoice:
- The cable TV box in your home will not be compatible with our upgraded network and needs to be replaced by July 4, 2023 to continue enjoying your full channel line-up.
