As part of our ongoing effort to streamline and improve our TV hardware offerings, we are retiring several TV boxes in the Killarney and Glengarry areas of Calgary.
If you use any of the TV boxes listed below, and live in one of the listed areas, you will have received a call, email and/or an invoice message from Shaw to discuss this change and hardware replacement options.

We’re streamlining our products so that we can provide you with the best TV experience possible. Removing older hardware from our network makes room for updated technology and new features.

How can I access TV programming if myTV box is no longer working?
Please contact us, and we can work with you to replace your TV box as soon as possible to ensure your service isn't interrupted.

What should I do with my TV box when it is no longer working?
You are not required to return your TV box to Shaw.
You can recycle it free of charge at most local electronic stores or landfill sites.
TV box retirement in Calgary (Killarney and Glengarry)
In addition to the TV boxes listed above (which will be retired in all of Calgary), these boxes will be retired on November 25, 2021, only in the Killarney and Glengarry communities of Calgary. Please make note of the retirement date listed below, as the TV boxes listed will no longer be supported after this date.
