How to fix Shaw TV Apps from displaying outdated information

There are various causes as to why the apps may display outdated information. Possible causes include:

  •  Data has expired and not been updated on the app
  • TV has not been turned off
  • App has not been closed from previous usage
  • A potential issue with Shaw TV Player 

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

  1. Close the app by pressing the EXIT button on your remote.
  2. Reopen the app by highlighting the app.   
  3. Press OK on the app of your choice
