Follow these steps if you are having issues accessing channels or your Guide in Ignite TV and need to restart your TV Player (XG1v3):


Solution

  1. Ensure that all cables connected to the TV Player are tightly secured.
  2. Press and hold the Power button located on the front of the TV Player for 10 seconds. The TV Player should automatically reboot.
