You are trying to tune into a channel but are getting a subscription required message when attempting to tune into the channel. The cause is a result of this channel is not part of your current TV package or was previously part of a free preview.


    1. You can check your TV package to confirm your channel availability by signing into My Shaw and selecting TV from the My Services option from the top menu.
    2. View your channels from the My channels section of the page.
    3. To see TV package options please visit Shaw's TV Packages
