  1. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  2. Power cycle the main BlueCurve TV Player (XG1v3).
  3. Power cycle any affected BlueCurve portals.
  4. Test PVR functions approximately 1 minute after the picture has been restored on all devices.
  5. If the error still occurs, speak with a Shaw support representative.
