Annoying "Reminder" options not showing

How to cancel reminders  

..when i go to "Guide"  and press "info " 

there is no option for "Reminder Options" to select is that clear ? now how do i remove option when it doesnt show up on your menu ?

@vincefbi that's odd it's not showing up. What troubleshooting steps have you tried to reset the menus?

i have done the trouble shooting with your IT department ( re set the modem ) and so on ...it didnt work ...here is the address of the service- *** ...was told the modem might have to be replaced if the problem continues ...so balls in your court ..and let me tell you its beyond annoying when reminders keep popping up every 10-15 minutes all day long ...and to confirm there is No " Reminder Options" any where in the menu i have gone through the complete menu from A to Z

Shaw Button/Saved/Scheduled then arrow down and up to “View:Recordings” and press OK, highlight “Reminders” and press OK. This will display all of your reminders and you can cancel them here
