Big Fail for SHAW

I wanted to switch one of theme packs last night so I called SHAW around 7:15 pm and got the callback option. I was told to expect a return call in about 35 minutes - 2 hours later and no call back. 😡 So then I try the SHAW Chat option and once I connected I waited for a live agent until they shut things down at 10 pm. 😡😡 Big time fail SHAW....big time fail. 👎

hope today it be better day to change your theme packs.  i hope it not busy during the day.  good luck.  i cancelled my account over a month ago just to let you know to try out my new fiber sasktel connection.  all is wel;l thus far.  have a great blessed day boston

Well I finally got through early this morning. I got up about 30 minutes early so I would have to go through the same crap this afternoon when I got home.
