Blue Sky Package

I see all packages with the news theme lackages have BBC, CNN, HLN and MSNBC.....why do I only get the first 3 and not MSNBC?   I  have one of the first Blue Sky TV installations and took the  Premium Package and I dont see that listed anymore as a package offered.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry for the delay in response. The forums aren't monitored as closely as our other support channels. If you have our Premier TV bundle, it does not include MSNBC. The theme packages listed here are only available with our newer TV bundles. I'd recommend reaching out to customer support so they can review your plan to ensure it best suits your needs.
