While I concur that many features are missing from the new cloud based DVR here are some other problems:
We sometimes turn on our TV to discover all the audio is running at 'chipmunk' speed while video is normal. About an hour ago turned it on but the audio was slllooooooowwwww - only powering off then on resets to normal.
Anytime we FF on a program recording it will only go for a few minutes ahead and then freeze, Hit play and FF again. Doesn't do this if the program has finished recording.
REW and FF are flaky - when you then hit play it starts later than the video you see when REW
