Bluetooth Volume

Can the Shaw BlueCurve TV Player (Xi6) control Bluetooth audio volume? I have Bluetooth earbuds that have no volume control on the earbuds. They depend on the Bluetooth transmitting device to control audio volume.

Found some information on this on the Comcast xfinity website -- no Bluetooth volume control on the cable box.

With the number of ppl having this problem, and this is a Shaw site, you would think a Shaw TE would chime in here and provide some resolutions.

Good luck getting any resolutions these days. I asked the online agent a question regarding my Bluetooth connection and he asked if I could try resetting my modem as a fix. 🤦
