We can add individual channels (not theme packs for some reason) but there is no options to remove them by yourself...only by chatting with an agent (at least for me I don't have that option) don't know if it's the same with anyone else.

Oops I figured it out....I wasn't doing something right...you need to wait 30 days before removing channels...which I wasn't doing lol
