Can we not remove channels or theme packs using my Shaw App or web browser?

We can add individual channels (not theme packs for some reason) but there is no options to remove them by yourself...only by chatting with an agent (at least for me I don't have that option) don't know if it's the same with anyone else.

Oops I figured it out....I wasn't doing something right.....

Oops I figured it out....I wasn't doing something right...you need to wait 30 days before removing channels...which I wasn't doing lol
