I added 2 extra channels to my list. I would like to get rid of one which I don't watch and add a new one I would like to watch. Can I do this myself or do I need to call someone to do that for me? Thanks.

Just to add to what gridiron said, we can also do channel changes through Facebook or Twitter, or in person at one of our retail locations. We're working on having more self-serve options available in the future, but for now you would need to talk to customer support to swap out channels. Thanks!
