@Zapidus -- the DCX3400 is not listed at: Shaw Legacy Cable Box Upgrade

as being "retired" or "soon to be retired". However, if you have a contract with Shaw, Shaw should be providing you with a HD Terminal, or a HDPVR, such as this unit, as part of the contract. Why are you considering purchasing/renting this device?
