Press the Shaw button on the remote and select the cog for Settings, then navigate through Device Settings > Audio > HDMI Audio Output and then ensure that 'Expert Mode' is selected. That will pass through the best available Dolby audio for all content, so you'd get Dolby Atmos on titles that support it.
