Why aren't the first three episodes of Good Girls available on demand? For at episode available is #4.  Will they be available at some point?

Some series do not go to on demand until after the series has completed. You could set a series recording and set it for all episodes to see if it goes in to repeats, or wait until season 4 lands on Netflix.
