Free Preview Recording Disabled?

The Super Channels (481, 482, 483 in Vancouver) is currently on free preview. In the past I can record programs on free preview channels but I can't do it any more. When trying to record programs on these channels, the recording icon (a solid red dot) became a red circle with a slash inside (like the no smoking sign). Is this a new policy or is there something wrong?

I am able to record on those preview channels. Are you setting up series or single recordings? Try power cycling the portal and XG1 (if applicable).

I recorded a movie from channel 284 ( HD channel for SC Fuse ) early this morning on my Gateway and I just checked and there were no problems at all with the recording. The Super Channel VOD content still has not shown up though. 😞

Super Channel on demand is showing up on Blue Curve.

I just rebooted my Gateway but still no SC on demand.

I just tried the chat option and was told by Gavish that VOD is never part of any free preview. ( SIGH ) I love it when I get somebody who doesn't have a freaking clue what they are talking about.
