Freerange server down error, mobile app also not working

Hi, for about a week now Freerange will not load on my mobile app, and it will also not load on the PC version.  I have tried 4 different browsers and keep getting the error that it cannot find the server for https://freerange.shaw.ca 

On my mobile app (and my daughter's), it says "Oops, something went wrong".  I have tried logging out of the mobile app and cannot even get to a log in page now.

I've read other forum questions saying that there may be a security setting that needs to be changed on my router...

Any ideas?

Hey cindymit,

Thanks for reaching out! That is certainly an odd occurrence. It may certainly be a setting in the modem that is causing issues. Which modem do you have with us from our list here? Also, have you tried to access FreeRange on an external/mobile network to see if it works? Keep me posted so I can help.
