How do I check my Crave subscription date? and how do I cancel Crave

Crave is $20/month. I am looking to cancel after a month as my wife does not like the content.  Where do I check my subscription date? and how do I cancel my Crave subscription?

@tc10  If you subscribe through Shaw contact them or use the My Shaw app, if it is through Crave, you can login and cancel at Crave.ca.
