I have had settings, etc. on my remote and have recently discovered that settings is also on my Channel guide with
tips #'s Shaw and I find it very distracting when I try to use the Guide on my remote. These settings have been used to interfere with my programs. I have tried by resetting my channel guide, but it keeps coming back. Tips and Learn more. Tips are Settings, Quick Menu, favorites, search, parent controls. I do not stream and I am paying a good amount of money and also have the pay movie channels such as Crave. I have no family members living with me or anyone else.
