Incorrect time on my new PVR

Shaw recently sent new cable boxes to replace some older models.  I believe they were refurbished.

One of the units shows Eastern Time (I live in Calgary).  There does not appear to be any way to override the clock settings using my remote.  Any advice on how to fix it?  Don't want to spend a bunch of time on hold if I can avoid it.

The box should have set the correct time when it was activated, unfortunately, you will need to call or chat in with Shaw to get it fixed.
