How come KSTW is not included on "Limited TV" in Vancouver?

It's been carried on basic cable since the 1970's...

I think that the channel line-up in each package is a bus...

I think that the channel line-up in each package is a business decision by Shaw, and includes a bias in favour of Canada-based broadcasters, over USA-based broadcasters, such as Seattle's KSTW.

Shaw offers "pick-and-pay" -- for a few dollars per month, you may add a channel to your "Limited" bundle.

It seems like an oversight to include the "Superstations"...

It seems like an oversight to include the "Superstations" on Limited TV, and to exclude KSTW as it was added to basic cable over 40 years ago

KSTW (some areas of the lower mainland in the 1960s, and other areas of lower mainland in the 1970s)

KTLA, WGN (1992 as scrambled)

WPIX, WSBK (1995 as scrambled)
