I phoned a week and half before Christmas regarding my remote not working right. I was told by a tech that a new remote would be mailed to me. It is now January and I have not received it yet. I tried phoning again and was told I would have to wait over 2 hours to speak with a tech. Was one mailed out or what?
@mrobbi -- what did Shaw/Rogers Support [1-888-472-2222] say when you talked to them?
Or, did you go to their store-front, and ask for a free replacement?
