We are able to watch tv, change channels, etc but when trying to rewind we get the message “no current program”. Help?
Is it BlueCurve? Either way, try power cycling the Shaw equipment.
@Sonja4 -- which PVR do you have? BlueCurve? Arris Gateway? Something older?
Can you "pause" for a few seconds, and then "resume"? Does it pick it from where you paused?
Can you "skip backward", and then replay the last few seconds?
