our on demand does not work and we talked to many reps but they have no clue. No help whatsoever

We have talked many times to a rep about on demand only showing a light blue screen. They have no idea what is wrong but we can now get tech's into the house but they refuse to make us an appointment! Their customer service is the worse that we have ever encountered. Help

What reason did they cite for refusing to make an appointment?

Have you tried calling late in the evening, when the local Call Centre is closed?  You'll be routed to one of their 24/7 Call Centres, and you may get a different response.
