What model is your Pace box? The Pace Tahoe is going to be phased out, so I'm not sure if that's part of the issue, but you can find more information on that here. If it's a different model, then you may need to do a bit of troubleshooting. Do you receive an error message when you try to view the Stingray channels? Are you having trouble accessing anything else, like VOD or other channels?
