pairing remote for second tv comes up on other tv

we are unable to set up out second tv, the pairing shows up on the first tv

Thanks for reaching out! That can certainly be frustrating.  There are several ways you can pair your BlueSky TV remote here. I'd recommend unpairing the remote first with the step here. Keep me posted on how it goes!
